Yoga Tales

I’m a many-hour (1050?) certified yoga teacher. After many years voted for middle-distance running due to an injured knee I had to abandon track and field. I discovered yoga in 2011, while I was living in Berlin. When I came back to Italy – after a two years lasting unsuccessful research in different cities – I found in Milan the Free School of Hatha Yoga Hamsa founded by Maurizio Morelli, and I suddenly understood it was the right place for me. I practice different kinds of yoga. I am co-founder, together with Gabriele Gattini Bernabò and Marika Pecchiai of Deha, a yoga, ayurvedic, osteopathy, and Pilates studio based in Milan. This is the diary of my path.
