Yoga Tales
I’m a 900-hour certified yoga teacher. After many years voted to middle-distance running due to an injured knee I had to abandon track and field. I discovered yoga in 2011, while I was living in Berlin. When I came back to Italy – after a two years lasting unsuccessful research in different cities – I found in Milan the Free School of Hatha Yoga Hamsa founded by Maurizio Morelli and I suddenly understood it was the right place for me. I practice different kinds of yoga: static and dynamic. I am co-founder, together with Gabriele Gattini Bernabò and Marika Pecchiai of Deha, a yoga, ayurvedic, osteopathy and Pilates studio based in Milan. This is the diary of my path.
“Heyam duhkham anāgatam. The pains which are yet to come can be and are to be avoided.”
“Candre tārāvyūhajñanam. By samyama on the moon, the yogi will know the position and system of stars.”
